3. Orders, Payments & Delivery
A token advance is required to confirm an order, followed by an 80% advance before processing.
Final payment is due before or upon installation.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order; however, delays may occur due to material availability or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation of standard products may be allowed before processing.
Customised products (curtains, wallpapers, sofas, etc.) cannot be cancelled once production begins.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
5. Warranty & After-Sales Support
Selected products may carry manufacturer warranties; details will be shared during purchase.
Pune Decor provides aftercare services, maintenance tips, and customer support to ensure product longevity.
6. Intellectual Property
